An original food experience in Rome by Ape car with a driver as a guided shopping experience in a real grocery market where you will be delighted with a typical Italian breakfast - cappuccino and croissant.
Arrive in a restaurant by Ape Calessino.
The lesson takes place under the supervision of our chefs. Guests will be provided with a local chef and a group of fun people to learn how to make real Italian dishes in a fun restaurant in the centre of Rome.
You will first learn how to make tiramisu which is the most loved dolce (Italian dessert). After that – we will move to make our own fettuccini pasta from egg and flour – you will first make the dough and then learn how to cut the pasta in different shapes. Finally, you get to choose the sauce - amatriciana, "cacio e pepe" or just tomato pasta! You choose cause you are the Chef for a day!
Now, of course, you get to not only make the pasta but also eat it ! Enjoy your self-made lunch (pasta, tiramisù and limoncello) with a great local wine of your choosing – have 1 glass of red or white wine.
