Day 1 - 4:H10 Art Gallery

This luxurious hotel features a convenient location in Enric Granados street, just a few steps from Passeig de Gràcia, Ravine Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue.

It is around 14 kilometres from the airport and just 800 metres from the railway station, providing easy access to other beautiful areas of the region.

An authentic artistic treasure, this hotel features a beautiful collection of original works from popular artists such as Joan Miró or Miquel Barceló. The floors pay

homage to celebrated contemporary artists including Joan Miró, Antoni Tàpies and Andy Warhol. The onsite dining options include an exclusive outdoor terrace

where guests can sit back with a cocktail, and a restaurant serving delicious specialities.

Day 2:Barcelona Tapas Tour in El Raval

Savour the real Barcelona with this delectable tapas walking tour. Try traditional pa amb tomaquet and contemporary appetisers with a glass of wine or beer in local bars well off the beaten track.

Mingle with the locals as you learn about the rough pasts of the Raval and Poble Sec districts, and immerse yourself in the city's vibrant evening atmosphere during this three-hour food adventure

through both these multicultural barrios.

There’s a glass of wine or local aperitif and tapa in each bar (about five are visited), or a soft drink for customers aged 14 to 17. The tour begins in the Raval, a once edgy and run-down area that has

undergone radical transformation and is now inhabited by an eclectic mixture of immigrants, young artists, trendy students and earthy locals. Go native with some delicious tapas in a traditional bodega

before continuing to a bar with a contemporary feel and then head across the Paral·lel with its theatres, music halls and cabarets, and entering the proudly working-class Poble Sec.

You won’t find many tourists in this neighbourhood, so you'll get a feel of how the locals really live. Stop at a Basque tavern for some pintxos and then visit a modern tapas joint, where you can choose

from a wide selection of local wines and highly elaborated tapas.

This tour is an excellent way to discover the real people’s Barcelona; you'll get to meet the locals, learn about the city’s history and culture, and delight in the discovery of new tastes, textures and aromas.

Day 3:Sagrada Familia and Park Guell - Skip the Line

Save your precious time with our combined tour to Park Güell and Sagrada Familia!

Highlights

• Enjoy Skip the Line access to the stunning Park Guell, where nature and architecture fit seamlessly together, to give shape to one of the world famous Gaudi masterpieces

• Visit the Sagrada Familia, a UNESCO-listed masterpiece of Catalan Modernist architecture, which showcases Gaudí at the peak of his talent

• Our trademark Skip the Line access means no waiting in the famously long lines, potentially saving you hours of time

• Your expert local English-speaking guide will enrich your visit with commentaries about Gaudì’s life and architecture

• A personal headset for Sagrada Tour is included so your guide can provide continuous commentary to enrich your experience.

• Limited groups of 25 people or fewer ensure you won’t feel lost in the crowd.

Explore the marvels of Gaudí’s creations as your guide will bring you back in time with the interesting stories about the early 20th century, when Gaudí was first commissioned for this project. Park Güell was originally meant to be a gated community for Barcelona’s wealthy inhabitants. The architectural design of his Park Güell seems nothing less than a natural consequence of his fixation with nature, which envelops every element of the park. Whether truly natural or constructed, the elements fit seamlessly and harmoniously together. Often the architecture, like the flora, seems to grow out of the ground!

After having marvelled at this unique site, and enjoyed a quick lunch on your own during free time, you are ready to visit the unique gem of Barcelona. The first time you see the Sagrada Familia, you’ll probably be unsure of what to make of it. With tall airy spires that seem to defy gravity and seemingly cartoonish artistic details, Gaudí’s most ambitious project challenges and stuns over 3 million visitors per year. Today, it’s the most visited building in Spain but the long lines here are of no concern as our tickets are pre-booked and we’ll step right inside. Your English-speaking local guide, an expert in all things Gaudí, will share stories and anecdotes that will help you get the most from your visit.

We’ll marvel at the two stunning completed façades and eight dizzying towers inspired by the peaks of Barcelona’s holy mountain Montserrat. After more than 100 years of tireless work, the façade is still under construction and it’s easy to appreciate why. Our guide will share tales of Gaudí’s love affair with his final work, how he considered the project his personal holy mission and the great personal sacrifices he made to ensure its completion. Sadly, he would not live to see it finished. Such was the complexity of the design that despite taking on the project at 31 years of age, Gaudí only lived to see the completion of one facade, one tower, the apse and the crypt.

You’ll feel as though you have stepped into an alternate universe. Gaudí’s characteristic dislike for straight lines will become disorientingly evident as we pass beneath rows and rows of tree-like pillars. Though construction is ongoing and not estimated to be completed until 2030, much of the Basilica can be visited today. The entrance fees collected from groups such as ours continue to ensure enough funding to see Gaudí’s dream through to completion. The Basilica was consecrated and declared a minor Basilica in 2010 by Pope Benedict XVI.

Whether you have visited the Sagrada Familia already or this is your first time, this constantly evolving masterpiece will never fail to surprise and inspire you!
