Overnight: Hotel Pullman Vitacura, Santiago

Day 2 (Breakfast - at the hotel - Lunch / Dinner)

Thanks to the emergence of the vineyards and wine, this Tierra Huasa with Chilean traditions and land has been populated with restaurants, boutique hotels, and a range of activities that will let you enjoy the taste of this land of pleasures.

We will depart from Santiago for the south to visit an agricultural region where the production of wine is an important activity. There are more than 27 cellars in this region, famous for their Syrah and Carmenere wines. The wine tours in the Colchagua Valley

are captivating for any wine enthusiast.

Casa Silva Vineyard is the first visit on this route. Apart from the traditional tour of the winery and its vineyards, you can also see polo and rodeo exhibitions here at the equestrian club and the medialuna, which is the home of rodeo events. They also offer

riding lessons and outings in old cars on the Angostura Farm to enjoy the beauty of the Colchagua Valley. You will enjoy a private Wine tasting before your Lunch, that will be served at the restaurant located in an old barrel room in the cellar, and specializes

in fusions between international cuisine and local flavours.

Casa Lapostolle Vineyard is the next stop. Lapostolle Wine is recognized throughout the world for its quality and its extraordinary ability to express the Chilean terroir. The company owns 370 hectares in three different vineyards (Casablanca, Cachapoal and Colchagua)

and produces a total of 200,000 cases annually. The wines are distributed in more than 60 countries worldwide. In this vineyard you will visit the spectacular wine cellar, a magnificent work of engineering consisting of a 6-story building nestled on a hillside of the Apalta Valley

with a striking design and also taste their award-winning wines.

Overnight: Santa Cruz Hotel.

Day 3 (Buffet Breakfast / Lunch)

Start the second day of our trip by visiting Museum of Colchagua. This private museum, founded in 1995, has an exhibition in paleontology, archaeology, Pre Columbian art and history of Chile and the Americas, standing out as the biggest, most varied and diverse museum in Latin America.

Santa Cruz Vineyard is located on the way to the beautiful village of Lolol, and has a very innovative wine tourism package. On top of the traditional wine cellar tours where the production process is demonstrated, there are a Car Museum, horseback riding, and trekking.

But the most interesting thing to visit here is the indigenous village located on a hill with an excellent view of the valley and the vineyard. From up there you can take a cable car to see replicas of a Mapuche hut, an Aymara shelter, the sun gate of Tiwanaku, and an Ahu from Rapa Nui,

along with the Shaman Hill Observatory where astrological tours are made on clear nights. In this amazing Winery you will experience a private wine tasting. Lunch will be served Santa Cruz Local Restaurant.

Viu Manent is not a commen winery. The tour of the farm can be done in traditional cars that take visitors through the vineyard, the winery, and visitor centre where this family business was founded in 1935. The renowned equestrian club is found here (where you can take riding lessons), and a famous restaurant where you can spend a nice afternoon enjoying the Chilean pastries and the best view of the vineyard. You will experienced a private wine-tasting in this Great Boutique Vineyard.
