Atmosphere & Experience onboard 

There is no dress code but expect lots of chic rent-a-runway style duds in the evening. The vessels were designed by 10 land-based architects featuring spaces that are more reminiscent of hotels than other cruise ships. The nightlife is expected to be one of virgin voyages’ highlights with lots of bars and lounges and unusual night activities, including aerialists, comedy, pop-up music, interactive theatre and more. On the contrary, there will be no traditional big-stage production shows. Throughout the day, partake in virgin’s vitamin sea philosophy focusing on daytime relaxation and wellness with detox, retox array of activities.

Inclusions

Fairly inclusive for a big-ship cruise line. Including all dining, gratuities, even in the spa, basic drinks, such as soda, bottled and sparkling water, juices, basic Wi-Fi and group fitness classes. Extra charges apply for streaming WiFi, alcoholic drinks, shore excursions, and spa and beauty treatments. Cruisers staying in one of the RockStar Suites receive great perks, such as a private transfer from the Miami airport to the cruise terminal, and the ability to create a wish list of just about anything they want their suite stocked with.

Food & Dining with Virgin Voyages

With more than 20 eateries from steakhouses and Korean BBQ to drag brunches and an international food market as well as a bar in every specialty spot, Virgin’s Michelin-starred chef collective creates incredible onboard dining experiences. No buffets, big dining halls, set dining tables or dress code.

Instead, look forward to unique spaces and diverse options, such as Virgin’s 24/7 diner offering late-night bites from snacks and noodle bar to pizza and burgers. Dining venues include Extra Virgin, a trattoria-inspired Italian restaurant serving regional dishes and handmade pasta; Geonbae, a Korean BBQ restaurant with specially designed flameless grills where diners can cook their own meals; Pink Agave, an upscale Mexican restaurant; and Razzle Dazzle, offering a selection of vegetarian and vegan meals, as well as a juice bar.

Virgin Voyages Ships

The Virgin Voyages fleet will comprise four ships. The first one debuting in 2020 is Scarlet Lady sailing from Miami to the Caribbean. Her sister ship Valiant Lady will sail from Barcelona to popular Mediterranean ports.
